Vanajah is the Principle of GDCOE. She obtained her Bachelor of Science
in Physics (Hons.) from University Malaya and Master of Science in
Quality and Operations Management from Chalmers, University of
Technology, Sweden.
Vanajah has more than 12 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and operations. She has worked in various
manufacturing and service industries as a Quality Engineer. She is a Six Sigma Black
Belt, among other skills acquired in her professional career and
education tenure.
Vanajah was involved in Malaysia's National Angkasawan program in
2006, where she has undergone a regimental selection process for a year,
both in Malaysia and Russia, to emerge as one of the final four
candidates. Since 2007, she has traveled to most Malaysian states giving
motivational talks at schools and universities, and for various non-profit
organizations. Her greatest strength is her ability to motivate the younger
generation in aspiring to dream and achieve goals with perseverance and
determination.
